Steve Harris graduated from Mooresville High School in 1964, and finished his undergrad schooling from Indiana University in Bloomington, IN in 1968.
He finished Law School in 1972 from Indiana University in Indianapolis, and has been a practicing attorney in Mooresville since 1972.
